Boomkin dps is very proc oriented. Not sure if poweraura still works but an addon like that would help knowing when procs are happening.

Also whats the perimeters on the proc? Is it like trinkets and has a internal cooldown or is it crit based?

There's a 30 second internal cooldown, so no.

basically they made it so there's an internal cooldown on both procs when either procs, so before you could spam one till proc then spam the other till it procs. Now you jsut pick one depending on...

Looks like the cutoff is around 400 haste. So below 400 you can use the solar rotation, above and you only want to use the lunar rotation if I understand it right.
